The UK’s landmark Cass Review concluded that the use of puberty blockers and hormonal treatments for children is completely unsupported by scientific evidence. As a result, Scotland and England have stopped prescribing these drugs to minors. He also says the issue of trangenderism “is much more politicized” in the United States than in most other countries, making change more difficult.
